Mission
Our office procedures and policies allow us to serve you with exceptional service and care. Dr. Walker and the People’s Dental Care, P.A. team is a qualified professional staff trained to care for you and your dental needs. We do this with the most compassionate and current techniques in dentistry today. We love dentistry and believe that you and your family deserve the very best.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. All appointments missed without proper notice are subject to a NoShow/Cancellation Fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, thus these situations wil be considered on an individual basis. After missing 2 or more appointments without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Insurance
People's Dental Care PA is a provider for the following insurance plans: Texas CHIP (ages 3- 18), Texas Medicaid (ages 3-18), Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal, Cigna, Delta Dental, Dental Network of America, MetLife, and United Concordia/TRICARE. Most other insurance plans are also accepted.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
